The Courier Guy is pathetic

The service at TCG is getting worse by the day and they are getting ridiculously expensive. Packages taking over 7 days to be delivered is just pathetic, not forgetting that this is reputational damage to businesses. And the staff in Kimberley can be rude when one makes enquiries.
