The Courier Guy is overpriced and slow

I do not understand the pricing system. Why not make a semi standerdised pricing system, as not everybody have access to big rulers and scales to accurately give a description of the parcel.

It is pathetic to pay R1600-00 for two 13kg parcels, whereas another big Courier Company charges us at least a third of the price.

Another complain is pathetic delivery times. It seems like your company's business has grown too fast, but you have expanded too slowly, to keep up with the demand you have.

Sort out this nonsence.
