THE COURIER GUY is not an service I would use again

I wish to remove even that one star to no stars. This courier service is unreliable and they lie. I paid for overnight delivery. Apparently there overnight takes 2 to 3 working days. So why call it over night in the 1st place. They confirmed my parcel is there and said I should pick it up myself as they don't have drivers. I then called there bluff. I went to book a pick up from there DEPOT to my house. And do you know what? They had drivers available to come from there to me to pick up a parcel but not to collect. SO THEY DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT THE PEOPLE WAITING. THEY ARE IN IT COIN IT OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON. IT'S NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IT'S ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN MAKE. TO MAKE **** WORSE WISEMAN TELLS ME TO GIVE MY ID TO AN UBER DRIVER I MUST PAY TO GET MY PACKAGE. MY ID TO A STRENGER?!!! How are they allowed to get away with this ****. And why aren't they held accountable. I want my parcel today. Not next week. I already waited a week. And the insane part is, that by me using their service vice versa cost me less than a damb uber. Do you know what else they do... They lose business for the small companies that relies on them. Like the company I used. They rely on them. And they don't care about those small businesses. As for the ladies that tries to assist me. You could tell that they has no authority to anything. Not to escalate resolve, nothing. Just say the same things repeatedly. I feel bad for them.
