The Courier Guy is not accountable

This is just a warning to people who are using Courier Guy. I have used them quite a few times. But no more. I sent parcels from Upington to Port Alfred. Fast and safe. So I was assured. Two days max… Paid just over R2000 for 13 parcels. Took 6 days instead of two. Crates arrived broken. Boxes torn. Plastic covering torn open. Tape around packages, 3x thick, cut. Even found a piece of cutter blade stuck in tape on the one crate. Even plastic containers inside crates are broken. And I have had to send another 15 boxes yesterday. I don’t want to know what will arrive. Just a warning. To do this damage to a plastic crate, it must be thrown from quite a height. The Courier Guy is not what they used to be. I have photos of some of the damage.
