The Courier Guy is not a relayable company

I got delivered a incomplete packeged the first weeks of December, it came incomplete said 1/2 bags. Then I call to ask what happen and the awnser was that the employer that recieved packeged fail to scan the way bill so they didn't have tracking of my parcel. I provide with documents and still they didn't help. They have visit 3 time and spend more then an hour each time to silverlakes office and they keep telling me they will let me know or call and more calls. They have made me send quotes of article lost, made me but a new one to refund me, lie about process been done and now asking for more forms. I have spend more money in trying to recover that the worth of ittem. Very irresponsible and dishonest I wish I could attach the evidence of all this game they have going on
