The Courier Guy is ****ming you

The Courier Guy are ****ming everyone that takes out insurance. I took out insurance on a parcel, they smashed it, and will not pay, as they say the goods shipped were second hand. They took my money - so accepted the contract.

How many more people have been ****med like this?

What if the parcel DID arrive safely, would they have repaid the Insurance amount I paid, if I told them the goods were second hand?

What a bunch of ****sters!
