The courier guy is ****mers and *****sters and their employees are ******

I have sent my order with The courier guy last week Monday and expected delivery on Thursday latest Monday the 14th of September 2026. Instead when I called in yesterday I was told that the order is still sitting at the Mthatha depo as they conducted a floor check. Around 3 pm in the afternoon I tracked my order again and it showed that it was delivered here in Cape Town an 14:36 but no pin was sent to me to go and collect .

Called them this morning and so far I have spoken to 4 customer service consultant , Amanda, Thandi, Laurinda and the order male guy but they all confirmed to me that it was collected by the sender according to the notes on the system and I’m puzzled because the sender also contacted them regarding this order after I have informed her that I have not received it, secondly why was it still in Mthatha but it was scheduled for delivery here in Cape Town? Why was it not delivered? Why did it show that it was on route to Cape Town ? And they are refusing to give me details as to who this sender is and the signatures of this collector. The strangest this is why the status changed from enroute to delivered without any notification or whatsoever. Not only have they ****med me but committed ***** by manipulating the system. I need them to provide me with all the relevant information so I can open a ******** case against whomever that decided to ***** my items worth R2000
