The Courier Guy is going down the drain...

This seems to be one of South Africa's failing businesses to be avoided at all cost! I booked two Pudo deliveries on Thursday morning 27 July 2023. The locker it had to be delivered to was not even 30km away... The previous morning someone else dropped off something for me in Pretoria, and it was delivered by 12 noon that same day. On Friday evening I received a call from their driver after business yours, saying I should come and pick up my parcel from him, as the Pudo box had to be cleaned he couldn't deposit it. I told him the reason why I asked for a Pudo delivery is because I live off the beaten track, quite remotely and there is no way I can hop in my car shooting towards Kwamhlanga in the dark to go and pick up a parcel! It would take me almost an hour to get there! Next thing it showed delivered - but no pin code. I called them Saturday morning, was told someone will call me back with the PIN. Nothing... Then Monday morning I received a message that no one was available to receive my Pudo parcel, so the delivery failed - eish... I guess the Pudo locker took off on a date... Then I was asked for an alternative address and they would deliver it at home then. I gave my usual delivery address, and waited... Nothing... Then when I contacted them this evening, I was told my area is now only serviced on Wednesdays and Fridays... I used to receive deliveries on every day of the week, and sometimes even on weekends! Needless to say, I am absolutely livid. This to me reflects blatant disregard of their clients, and they clearly have no intention to offer any service whatsoever...
