The Courier Guy is full of ******

They **** ppl and claim parcels lost and make you go back and forth on email as if they will refund you, ask for docs and waste your time for months only to just completely ignore you, they protect their ***** drivers knowing they *****, it’s been over a year my refund or parcel is no where and they said driver delivered it which is a total lie, where did he get the password code he was supposed to confirm parcel with when he drops it off to me, nx ****** ****** !!!!
