The Courier Guy is dragging the refund process.

I have been waiting for two months for The Courier Guy to refund me for the parcel that was in their vehicle that was hijacked. I sent them all the documents that they requested, Everytime when I contact them they tell me that my documents were forwarded to their head office. I don't know how long I have to wait. And they don't even communicate with me, I have to be the one who call them and check what's going on. I don't know whether they want me to give up or what.
