The Courier Guy is does not deliver on time at all !!!

I get an email @6:54am Friday morning stating that my parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered before the end of the day. Seven hours later, nothing and I call them, only to be told that my delivery will be done on Monday next week. Unacceptable !!! They can't even stick to their own schedule. Poor service at it's best.
