The Courier Guy is ***********

The staff at The Courier Guy are either *********** or lazy, and I don't know which is worse.

My packages have been sent to Cape Town on numerous occasions. I don't live in Cape Town and I have informed them of this multiple times. My delivery address clearly states Secunda with an area code of 2302. The fulfillment team either can't read or isn't bothered to read the entire address. I've had frustrating experience after frustrating experience, without any proper resolution. Each time I place a new order with any vendor that uses The Courier Guy, I go through the same experience again.
