Courier guy is ****ming me.

I paid R700 to send a mirror from jhb to cape town takealot DC via overnight express on the 11th of June. It was supposed to arrive a day or two later, it was picked up morning of the 12th, so it was supposed to arrived on the 13th or 14th. Today it’s Saturday the 15th, it has not arrived. They sent me an email on the 15th(3days later) saying parcel was rejected by takealot due to damaged packaging and I must pay for them to return to me or they will sell it or dispose of it. but I sent them pictures of how I gave the product to them, not damaged.

I want my refund and payment for my product.
