The Courier Guy is bad news

The service of The Courier Guy or their sub-contractor in Piketberg is terrible. My story in short: The driver phoned me to verify address He was given directions and was sent a "location" He was merely 1,5km from the delivery address He did not pitch, I tried to phone him, to no avail Calls to The Courier guy and the depot in Piketberg were fruitless No effort to provide world class service, the client must fit into the system or opt out.....who is the looser, the client ! The Courier Guy should surely up the service levels or that of their sub-contractors
