The courier guy is a disappointment

The service they provide was absolutely terrible, to start off I sent a package to capetown from Durban it was supposed to be delivered 4 days later it was over a week and it still wasn't delivered. Day after day it was out on delivered but got returned to depo. After over a week and a half it finally got delivered and the box was all smashed and torn, the items I sent where also damaged. Was a complete disappointment dealing with them. The only upside was the Durban rep was very helpful.
