The Courier Guy is a bunch of *******.

I received a message from the courier guy company that I can collect the parcel from the lockers at 11:10 am 2 April 2026. At around 18:40 pm 2 April 2026 I was at the lockers collecting this parcel only for the locker to say pin expired 😢😒🤔🤔🤔 But the message is clear that pin expires on the 4th of April. I contacted the company only for their agent to put me on hold from 18:49 till 20.27 pm with no one attending the call even their WhatsApp number sent a message saying a agent will chat with me but nothing till now. I decided to track the parcel and to my surprise it says delivered/collected by who?????! How did the person get the pin?? Then at 23:34 pm 2 April 2026 the company keeps buzzing me.. For such a big company to be hiring *****s is beneath me honestly. 😡😡😡😡 I don't advise anyone to use them as a preferred courier as they are *****s who take no responsibility whatsoever and oh don't get me started with the low competency of the agents!!
