The courier guy is a ****

After renew some service with fnb, they had to use the courier guy to deliver the parcel which was supposed to reach me on Monday. To my suprise they are coming with lame excuses, i gave them my number,alternative number which they didnt even bother to call and claim they didnt find me. To make things worse you cant even call them or track your shipment
