The Courier Guy is ****

The worst service I have ever seen. I am sick and tired of these people. I booked a parcel for the first time (Tuesday 30 November 2021) with them to be collected elsewhere and delivered to me but I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected. They have received my money already and I sent them proof of payment but they want it to be on a letterhead from the bank. It was a once off payment so I cannot retrieve the account. So now they won't collect my parcel because I can't provide them with the other form of proof.

I used up my entire December month airtime trying to get through to speak to someone but to no avail.

I am sick and tired of being pushed around by these people.

I am not sure who owns this company and who is in charge here but I have had with them.

I suppose it's because I don't have an account and I didn't spend enough money with them so my parcel is not important.
