The Courier guy *****ing you 3 times on one parcel

I have used the The Courier guy for my business for a few years now. They have damaged a few of my parcels over this time. During December I have booked a parcel again for a client. Again they damaged the parcel. I have been trying to get my damaged parcel back to me. I already lost so much money due to their negligence so many times. Now they tell me I must pay them again for returning my damaged parcel. I am so angry. They damage my property then expect me to pay them AGAIN to return it. So I paid them to deliver it, the damage it, I must take the lost. And pay them to return it???? And no, I cant take insurance out on my parcels from them, because they dont cover 'liquids' with their insurance
