The Courier guy: inefficient and slimy regarding T&Cs

DO NOT SEND USE THE COURIER GUY “It was destroyed in transit” was the answer I received after sending my 5 boxes with a COURIER company which correct me if I’m wrong is RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF THE GOODS. Not to mention the missing goods. Which were ****** from the boxes. Despite paying for door to door: the recipient was forced to fetch it from the warehouse. Where it was broken damaged. Even tape which was not used for packing was found all around the boxes. Samantha from The Courier guy, refused to find anything wrong with the terms and conditions which she failed to defend adequately. When the fault to force a customer to come pay at the warehouse falls on the fault of poorly trained inefficient customer service agents.

Lost over 18k worth of damages and goods.
