The Courier Guy impossable to book and pay on your phone!!!

Ridiculous, you can not book a collection with the company themselfes you have to go to the XOC website where you fill on all your detail but cannot manage to do a payment. You call around and get given other numbers to call untill you get to someone that tells you that yhe system has problems wit recieving payments from a phone it must be don from a PC. So you can only use The Courier Guy when you own a PC. Joke!!
