The Courier Guy / How useless they have become

the New Portal is an absolute joke and its no longer worth it to this company at all , they have totally destroyed their ease of use . as a company owner I cannot believe that they have not realized there mistake and even after making plenty of complaints they just don't give a **** to do anything about it .

this will cost them dearly as I have spoken to many of their former clients who have found alternative service companies
