The Courier Guy- Hostile Driver!

Will you please advise why your courier guy Mosa M was intimidating me on the phone concerning the delivery of my package which I paid for and this delivery service that is also paid for ?

He called to say he's at the gate. (10:19) I told him I'm not home,but calling my sister to come get it. (10:19) I called my sister (10:20) He calls me back at 10:25 and rudely says to me: "Hape a ko ema letsatsi kaofela" "I'm not going to wait the whole day"- Why is your staff addressing customers like this? I ask him what he means? Because we'"ve already spoken and my sister is headed to him. He starts shouting at me I tell him not to intimidate and he continues shouting at "hape a ko kwa ka wena"; "You're not going to tell me what to do" He continued shouting at me until I hung up. Is this how The Courier Guy trains its drivers to handle customers? Is the the creed of The Courier Guy to intimidate and aggravate customers when making deliveries? This type of behavior constitutes harassment!

I quote from your website- "Everything we do is designed to make your life easier"; how does this driver's behaviour reflect this principle you've highlighted on your website that has left me aggravated?
