the courier guy horrible service

The parcel we ordered the parcel on apple guy and the courier refused to deliver our package it’s been 3 days and they keep telling us different stories and we keep making numerous complaints and calls to the company they don’t answer the phone or they come up with more excuses they refuse to talk to us after this and they are telling us they will deliver on the 14 yet they said they gonna diliver on the 7 but they made us wait so many hours and we had other commitments we kept calling but to no avail we moved locations and called to make sure they deliver to this new address today and then we can get ahold of their nearest location to collect it and they refuse to tell us they keep insisting that they gonna deliver on the 14th yet the driver has our parcel. they are unreliable and have horrible customer service. I do not recommend. They are utter trash.
