The courier guy horrible service.

So I bought a product from someone in Joburg to be couriered to Brits locker on the 23rd of November, I have never received any email or SMS about the locker number and PIN until this day when now I am asking the sender to check her mails and only to find that, they communicated with the sender which I accepted but now my issue is that they have taken the parcel to the kiosk which closes at 17h00 and that time I am also knocking off so that means I will never receive my parcel and Its a product I am using for my business which I needed this weekend. I spoke to them via email but I am not getting any joy out of it. That's bad service, a horrible one. They can't even apologise for it.
