The Courier Guy Hennopspark branch

Hello everyone. I've been sending overnight cargo to capetown with the courier guy company for a long time. I have an average of 15-20 kilograms of cargo 2 or 3 times a week and each time. Previously my workplace was close to the courier guy parkhurst branch and I was very happy with them. They took care of my work promptly and were very friendly. Later, I moved my business to centurion. Close to there was the courier guy branch in Hennopspark. I used it at first, but because a staff working there was very rude, I went from centurion to parkhurst for a while to deliver my cargo. Then I reported the situation to courier guy customer service by phone. I said the staff was rude. That she tried to make me work like a cargo person. I told that she never showed a smiling face and had a very harsh attitude. Then I started using the Hennopspark branch again, but nothing has changed. And probably because she understood that I was complaining about him, she kept me busy too much to not do my job when her other friend was busy. Eventually, I stopped working with them. Because paying to get a service and being insulted on top of it made me very tired. I am sharing this so that you know how a staff member harms a company.
