The Courier Guy helps themselves to funds paid for a new collection delivery request via Payfast for a collection made the day before that had already been paid for via the same means.. When eventually been put through to somebody who actually answered the phone from the accounts after several attempts ,it was explained that the weight and dimension's were not entered correctly from my side. If this is the case ??? then I don't have an issue with them requesting for further funds through some form of communication, I.E phone call or email ,but then I guess this would be far to much effort for some us but instead helps themselves to funds from the new request. Thanks to the Courier Guy themselves , they have just lost a great opportunity with my firm . I will never use them ever again and neither will any of my associates or customers. But now comes the good part , they are owing me a Crédit for the amount that they didn't just help themselves to and in order for me to have this refunded ,they require my banking details including my ID number. This will not happen so unfortunately will will now become a consumers issue .We not talking a large some here though it is the principle of how these individuals conduct their bossiness.
