The Courier Guy has the worst service ever
I booked a collection on Tuesday, 31 March @ 11:08. The Driver confirmed location before midday. He never showed, didn't even communicate he will not be collecting the parcel. The was no collection again on April, 1. The cited that there driver was out of the area. April, 2 no collection this time they calimed there was no parcel for collection. This is unacceptable pathetic service. What am I insane to book and pay for a parcel that is not ready for collection?
This is not only unprofession it is just outright pathetic and incompetency. I did not expect this poor level of service from the courier guy.

08 Apr 2026, 12:51The Courier Guy has not bothered to respond or collect up my parcel to date. Their customercare line is not being answered. How do I cancel this service get my refund back and find a courier with better service?
