The Courier guy has not refunded me my money

I paid for shipping from Cape to jhb on thursday 7th January they told me they will refund me my insurance on the 7th but I have been requesting proof of refund they told me it takes 7–10 days i told them I understand that but I need a proof that states the refund has been processed or was processed on the 7th January but the Lester and Lourika decided to ignore my emails its been a week now at this point not sure if they really did process the refund or not. Can you assist with this I want my money by end of this week its been a while now waiting for feedback but nothing
