The Courier Guy has no dignity

their website and system seems to be from the late 90’s, so using the website on a Computer or Smart device, is horrible, and might create flaws* when bookings are made *i assume this, in that they send correction emails for things i did not enter

they like to change the Mass of a package to whatever they feel like, example, something that ways under 1Kg changed to 5Kg, this is a big difference in price

they like making excuses for their mistakes, even by lying

when any of the above goes wrong, and now your account is in the minus, they will Lock your account, even without notifying you that this is the case, now you have to pay in money to have your account unlocked, then try and get them to correct their flaw and refund you

the above is the basic of an increasingly common thing happening, TCG needs to get their act together, slowly but surely they are ruining their business and dragging us down with them

the only reason i keep using them is that they deliver to Cape Town from Gauteng the following day, and their prices are good, this is more advantageous for my customers, and so for my business
