The Courier Guy has jeapordised my entire career by losing Commissioner of Oaths Stamps - deems this an inconvenience

If I could give negative stars I would.

My Commissioner of Oaths stamps were shipped to me from a company in Johannesburg, for overnight delivery. Days after it was supposed to arrive, I was called by an employee at the company who wanted to know why I had not signed for the parcel yet. Quite simply... because I hadn't received it. The last entry on their tracking was on 28 April in which it was loaded en route to the CPT Hub. It has been weeks of back and forth correspondence with them, in which I repeatedly stated that the loss of these stamps creates the opportunity for the stamps to be used **********ly and that the use of these stamps **********ly would potentially result in my ethical conduct and integrity being brought into question, risking my entire career. Not to mention exposing me to being held liable for the ******** conduct.

They have claimed to review the footage of their warehouses and somehow managed to perform a nationwide floor check of all their warehouses in a singular day in an attempt to locate this parcel, but to no avail. According to a phone call, they even spoke to the driver who collected the parcel.

In this same phone call, they then requested that I cancel the delivery of this parcel, while they supposedly would continue to search for it. I found this request highly suspicious given all other correspondence had taken place by means of email. Naturally, given the nature of the contents of the parcel, I refused to cancel the delivery of the parcel.

Today, I received an email to the extent that they have attempted all avenues and have not located the parcel, assuming the parcel to be lost in transit, apologising for the inconvenience for the "non delivery" effectively saying "we're done looking".

My entire career has been placed on the line and I have been opened up to legal action and they apologise for the inconvenience.

This is absolutely unacceptable service delivery and I would never recommend using them to anybody.
