The Courier Guy has dropped my parcel of a 6 foot wall and not getting back to me

So I have been working with The Courier Guy for almost 10 years now sending expensive musical e****ent.

I have send a very old collectors guitar amp to a client of mine and the diver placed the item on top a 6 foot wall at the clients house and he dropped it.

I have send mutiple msgs and contacted a few persons at The Courier Guy and no one is getting back to me and its been almost 2 weeks now.

I have to contact The Courier Guy every time and then they have some excuse.

Not happy at all!!!
