The courier guy has bad services

The courier guy has bad services... since I've ordered my parcel on the 29th September and the delivery was supposed to take 3 days, firstly they gave me wrong TCG, after they found out that TCG was wrong they apologized and give me the ryt one... When I try to track it... they take it every day and took it back.. I complained on the 12th of October and they said they'll deliver the following day.. Even today on the 13th I haven't heard anything from them... they claimed they don't see my location whereas they have courier guy lockers near mr
