The courier guy gives disgusting service!

This week was my first time using The courier guy and what a terrible experience! I couriered a package from Alberton to Mamelodi, I was charged extra because a staff member told me it was a high risk area. I requested an overnight courier which was an additional fee as well and I paid. The driver did not contact the recipient 2 days in a row and then **** about it as well! Today we had to call and send multiple emails just to be told that they won't drop the parcel at her house and gave us somewhere else where she needs to collect her parcel, yet I paid for the home delivery service and overnight which did not happen. Nobody even called me to apologize for the great inconvenience and ******* of all the additional costs that I paid! What a terrible company to deal with, this was definitely my first and last time using this company! Also, I want my money back!
