The Courier Guy George - Do not even collect parcels booked on the Online System

I booked a collection from The George branch of The Courier Guy on 7 January 2019, on their OVN (overnight courier) option. 2 Days later 21h32 on 8 Jan 2019 and they have not picked it up (collected it). My e-mails to their head office have not been answered., nor did they come back on phone calls. You get transferred and then the line goes dead.

I called their offices in George and no one answered. I left a message on their (George) after hours number, and was not called back.

Poor service that cannot be re**** upon.
