The Courier Guy - from bad to worse

This courier service is a joke. It takes more than two days for a parcel in transit to get from Polokwane to Phalaborwa (a 2-hour drive). I was told that there are no drivers available to deliver the parcel yesterday. The parcel was logged as received at 10:11 and my call yo TCG was after 16:30. I was then informed that parcel will be delivered today in the afternoon. I told TCG that I will collect the parcel today in the morning. When I went to collect the parcel it was not there. Miraculously, there is a driver available. A d I still do not have the parcel.
