The courier guy feels less than nothing for messing up ones christmas

The courie guy could not deliver a parcel to a locker and it was returned days on end. When I phoned them on the 23rd of Des to find out where the parcel is that contained a present for the next day. They said they would deliver it to my home adress. After staying at home the whole day waiting for them to bring it. They give me a paper to sign.

The package was suppose for another person. I phoned them and they sent the driver back to collect the parcel but cannot tell me where my parcel is or when I will get it. The driver spoke to his manager on speaker while collecting the wrong parcell and the managers response was well we follow the waybill number, even though the waybill number is not the one that is for me. (I have photos of every sticker on that box)

This makes me to believe that the courier guy lost my parcel and feels less than doggie poo for the fact that they messed up my Christmas. I would much rather use pep or any other courie service than them. If I could give them minus stars I would.
