The Courier Guy feel nothing for their customers.

I got the pin to pick up my parcel, open the box, got the parcel, went home and discovered its not my parcel, phone The courier guy office in JHB, they put me through to the Vryburg office, after explaining my problem, the lady promise me to phone me back, I'm still waiting, and no idea where's my parcel, Be very carefull when using the courier guy, nobody is prepare to help. I cant complain about the customer service because there's no customer service.
