The Courier Guy fails to deliver.
I purchased a solar battery from SISWA Pty who promptly shipped the battery to me using The Courier Guy from JHB to CPT.
After 2 weeks of calling The Courier Guy helpline to resolve this matter, all that arrives is the battery.
SISWA Pty says they have tried to resolve this issue this issue with The Courier Guy JHB but no luck.
I have tried requesting a meeting with a manager to resolve the issue, but no one calls back.
The Courier Guy management hide themselves from queries via the help desk.

20 Apr 2024, 17:12Magically after writing the review about "The Courier Guy" my battery arrived on Thursday.
No apology was offered from "The Courier Guy" for the inconvenience caused, just bad attitude from the delivery guy.
This is bad attitude is out of character for all the other deliveries done by "The Courier Guy" in the past.
A simple apology from the "The "The Courier Guy" team for the inconvenience caused, would have gone a long way to mend the relationship.
