The Courier Guy

I requested a pickup on 17 October just after 12H00. They sent me a picture of my request, as generated on their system. When I contacted the branch, they were very apologetic, but they only went to pick up my parcel on 19 October? The branch which generated the pickup, didn't do the pickup. Now, I HAD, a due date, and thanks to TCG, I must pay penalties?
