THE COURIER GUY

I ordered an item from 4x4 online store in capetown and waited for the item to arrive I was never in a hurry to receive the item but the problem i have is the following

I received a email from the courier guy this morning at 07:34am stating that the item is out for delivery and it a public holiday today so I had to cancel all my plans for today with the family to accommodate.

I waited the whole day staying at home not to miss the courier and the at 3:45pm i received a email from them that the item is send back to their depo I then tried to call them on three occasions each time holding for an hour plus with no one picking up the phone . It was not the fact that i waited for them the whole day but the time i could have spent with my family that ****es me of if you dont even have the decency to call a customer if there is a problem with the delivery i will never in my life support any company that uses The Courier Guy as a delivery service
