The Courier Guy..... extremely bad service and even worse attitude from some of the Secunda branch staff

The worst customer service ever Received 2 parcels from a supplier in Hazyview. Upon collection from the Secunda branch on the 17 December 2021 @08:24 the one parcel were torn open. When I requested why this parcel is in such a condition,one of the staff rep**** " Oh it must have been the courier". The attitude of the staff were bad, there were no waybill to sign for receipt. Upon inspection of the goods still inside,I found various items missing and some damaged. Now my wife is depending on goods to arrive intact,as she already paid the supplier and courier cost in full. We have been using The Courier Guy for the last 2:years and the service have gradually declined. I wonder if I will receive a call from Management.
