The Courier Guy Empangeni Hub is a no go area

This branch is useless I ordered an item from Amazon on 19/03/2026. The parcel was moving very fast such on 21/03/2026 at 06h26am, it was in transit from Dbn to the Empangeni hub. On 24/03/2026, at 06h18, I received the notification that it was out for delivery. I waited the whole day, no delivery was made until I received another notification at 16h31 that it couldn't be delivered (reason not stated) and will be delivered the following which is today. Around 12h00 today, I tracked my parcel to see if it was out for delivery, to my surprise, my parcel was in transit back to Dbn. I called the Courier Guy Empangeni hub more than five times and all the time it will ring until it goes off unanswered. I then sent a relative to the hub to check what's going on. She found the employees sitting next to the phone and it was ringing now and again without anyone bothered to answer it. She asked about my parcel, they checked and said it was taken by the driver' by mistake now I'll receive it on Friday. No apologies were made, they are very arrogant. They make mistakes and ignore the calls, so they are very unreliable.
