The Courier Guy "Eats" our money

Their "Wallet" is a huge ****. Money leaves your account and never makes it to your "Wallet" - Even if it does make it to the "Wallet" no matter how bad the service you never see the money again. I paid money into the "Walleet" a week ago to do a shipment and the money is still missing. I sent the parcel via Aramex - I Will never use The Courier Guy or their other ******* service Pudo ever again - This company is terrible and they pocket loads of money because they have the money up front. When they double bill they simply get to keep the money and there is nothing we can do.
