The courier guy Eastern Cape Mthatha unprofessionalism

I have a Pudo delivery that was meant to be delivered in Idutywa, my parcel was somehow delivered in Mthatha and I was called this morning that there was a mixup regarding my parcel and it was sent to their depot to be delivered at Idutywa Place. The number they called me on is ***. They said the order would be delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately I am leaving tomorrow, no one will be there to receive it and explained to them that I had called to check if the delivery is on track and they said it was. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 7th October 2024 but it wasnt. I called again to find out if it would be possible for them to send it tomorrow morning since I am leaving. I spoke to someone who said they would send it to EL rather while they will be passing here in Idutywa literally! The guy whose name is Sam , I was talking to - not sure if its the right name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We spoke at this time 12:30 pm , 8th of October 2024, he told me its not his problem and there was guy in the background telling him to hang up. When I tried to call back, they kept dropping the call. Also who will it be delivered to if I am not there? We use delivery services for the convenience.
