The Courier guy

Worst service ever!!the delivery guy signed my parcel himself using my surname as if im the one who received it and dumped with the concierge at my complex and **** to them that he foned me and i said im not home.it arrived on the 2nd of Aug i just found it today on the 20th of Aug after fighting with the sender and she went and took a screenshot of the pc where she sent it from showing i received it.WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
