The courier guy drivers ***** our packages

My waybill number (Ua***) The courier guy driver picked one parcel that had 3 different car parts inside. I sent *** as well as , *** video that showed the driver collecting the parcel. My client only received on item and the 2 other items are missing. Indonesia understand how as everything was wrapped in one package. This is so sad as this is a reflection on us small start ups . Most customers are sceptical using online transactions and then u get these couirers that take our business and reputation and throw them under the bus. No one has acknowledged receipt of my email , I called 1st thing in the morning Monday , IAM writing this review on a Friday still no feedback.
