The courier guy drivers are reaping off the customers

I bought a laptop at game and the courier guy was the delivery company and they never delivered my parcel. I received a message that my parcel was successfully delivered but I did not receive anything. I traced the waybill number and to my horror the delivery times do not correspond. The first one says it was delivered at 13h06 pod filed uploaded and the message I got said my order was delivered at 15h09.
