THE COURIER GUY DONT DELIVER SAME DAY SERVICE I PAY FOR

Paid for same day delivery and again the same problem I have with your company for the past year….the same day delivery was not delivered! You seem to have the same problem that NEVER gets resolved and there is No apology or explanation, but yet I am BILLED FULL RATE EVERY TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY THAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER. The explanation is not needed as it's clear its due to negligence that is simply overlooked and never addressed and solved
