The Courier Guy - Don't Care Attitude

I will not recommend The Courier Guy to anyone. They do not care about their clients whether you are a receiver or a sender. The "Don't Care, Rotten Attitude" runs from the top to the very bottom of the company. What once was a great courier has now become a definite no go and liability for anybody who uses The Courier Guy. Feedback is non existent, questions don't get answered. When stuff is damaged or lost, you just have to accept what they say even though you know it's not the truth. The Courier Guy is a shadow of itself from a few years ago.
